Castle Vehicle Leasing can provide any variation on any quote shown and quote for any additional accessories you may require.

Establish your credit line.

A credit line will need to be established before any order can be placed. Up to date accounts will be required under most circumstances and it is important to get these in early to avoid delays at a later stage.

In carrying out credit checks we will register your name and address, but nothing else about you, with a licensed credit reference agency. A record of the search will kept by the agency, the finance house and Castle Vehicle Leasing.

You place an order with us.

Faxed or posted orders are acceptable with an authorised signature to confirm your acceptance of the rental quoted. We have a standard quote and order form which will be faxed to you for authorisation and for you to check that all the details and quote parameters are correct. We will use details on this form to place our order with the dealer.

Pay your deposit.

The initial payment cheque made payable to Castle Vehicle Leasing is required with your order. Please note if you cancel your vehicle before delivery you may lose this payment by way of compensation.

Sign your documents.

A Direct debit form and a contractual agreement will need to be signed confirming the terms of the arrangement with the specific leasing company underwriting the deal.

Your order is placed with dealer.

Castle Vehicle Leasing will place an order with a dealer on your behalf. Our dealer network offers a very high level of service standards and we would prefer to use our own approved network. However in the circumstance that you can source a better price or availability we will purchase the vehicle from your nominated dealer.

Order is progressed.

You will receive updates about your vehicle when there are any changes until it is ready for delivery and a date, time and location will be agreed to suit you.

Delivery.

Delivery can be made nationwide by our dealership network however there is a small charge if not on the UK mainland i.e. Shetland Isles for example. There will be a professional handover by the delivery driver at the point of delivery to enable you to familiarise yourself with your new vehicle.

Customer Care call made after delivery.

We will call you to make sure everything is OK and your vehicle driver pack that details all the contact numbers for the finance house will follow within 7 working days.
